All your workout history, nutrition tracking, and personal preferences are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's secure storage systems. You can:
- Keep your data private: All information stays on your device
- Delete your data: Simply uninstall the app to remove all associated data
3. AI Feature Choices
When you use Revitu's AI-powered features, you have control over what information is shared:
- Data sharing: We never collect, store or share your data with third parties. The data is only ever processed locally on your device and by ChatGPT.
- No data retention: We never store or log your AI interactions
- Anonymous: No information is ever stored and no identifiable information is ever transmitted
4. HealthKit Integration
Revitu can integrate with Apple HealthKit to enhance your fitness tracking experience. You have full control over this integration:
- Permission-based: You choose which health data types to share with Revitu
- Granular control: Enable or disable specific data types at any time in iOS Settings
- Local processing: All HealthKit data is processed locally on your device
- No external sharing: Your HealthKit data never leaves your device

5. Camera and Photo Access
Revitu may request access to your camera for food photo analysis. You control this access:
- Optional feature: Camera access is only needed for food photo analysis
- On-demand processing: Photos are analyzed in real-time and not stored
- Local analysis: Photo processing happens on your device when possible
- Permission control: Grant or revoke camera access at any time

- OpenAI (ChatGPT): Used only for AI features you actively choose to use
- Apple HealthKit: Integration is entirely optional and controlled by you
- No analytics: We don't use third-party analytics or tracking services
- No advertising: No ad networks or marketing platforms are integrated
